Patent Office Guidelines on Myriad and Prometheus

The Patent Office has issued a new set of Guidelines for examiners of genetic-type patent applications in light of the Myriad and Prometheus cases.  I am just now trying to absorb them.  Here's a handy chart published in the Guidelines.  I will report more on this later.
